BASE Performance Services

  • Build a custom BASE coaching plan

  • Great for new or undecided athletes

 

1-on-1 Coaching (Youth & Adults)

  • Weekly private sessions tailored to your sport and mindset needs

  • 30–60 min sessions

  • Unlimited access between sessions via text/voice check-ins

  • BASE-driven focus areas with real-time feedback and tools

Small Group Coaching

  • 2–4 athletes per group

  • Shared mindset goals with individual support

  • Builds confidence, leadership, and accountability

  • 45–60 min sessions

 

Team Coaching & Contracts

  • Monthly retainers for team-wide mindset training

  • Group sessions, player check-ins, and coach support

  • BASE challenges and focus themes

  • Custom programming available

 

BASE Line Retainer Plan

  • Unlimited access to your coach between sessions

  • Ongoing support for athletes who've completed 1-on-1 work

  • Great for tournament prep, mindset refreshers, and high-level accountability
